The Agency for the Valorization of Agricultural Products, AVPA, is a non-profit organization, mostly gathering producers of the world. 

Created in 2003, AVPA has the goal to discover, make known and offer means to appreciate outstansding products, especially focusing on their taste. Since the, AVPA has taken uo the challenge to be the discoverer and vector of recognition of talents and invites anyone who whishes to participatein the "AVPA - Paris" contest. 

In the middle of March, Elaia Selections is planning to send its products for evaluation to the distinguished committee of AVPA, aiming at getting the feedback on the quality of its products.
